This message is to inform those that use Propell or intend using them to beware. We currently use Propell for the collection of levies at our block based in Cape Town and we are having some very bad experiences with them.

Our complaints range from extremely bad customer service, medling in our affairs to some very suspicious dealings. Of course, I cannot go into details of our their suspicious dealings, but I can say they will do anything to extend their business and to make money. The term "ethical business" does not seem to be much to them.

We are in the process of researching a new levy collection/finance company so if anyone has any suggestions/recommendations please let me know.
