Unwanted proposed building opposite me Hi All
I am one of 15 owners and the complex is about a year old. A gardener is now required but he needs ablution facilities. The B/C have proposed building it opposite me. How do i stand regarding being outvoted and what recourse do i have if the building affects my outlook and the value of my property & what is my legal position. Help needed urgently, Thanks guys and regards. |

The construction of ablution facilities would be an improvement to the common property. Therefore it requires the necessary resolution in terms of Management Rule 33. Should you be outvoted, you'd be able to lodge a complaint against the body corporate and enter into arbitration with them. |
