Water Meter - For whose account? If a unit's water meter in a sectional title is faulty and needs to be replaced or fixed, who must pay the bill? The body co-porate or the owner of the unit? Thx in advance for your assistance. |

The water meters are common property and therefore the body corporate must repair the meters. |
