All members have a vast knowledge of Estate Agency Services. . Amongst the members are 2 fully qualified Chartered Accountants, registered with SAICA (South African Institute of Chartered Accountants). The founding member has a total of 10 years of experience in the estate agency field, 4 years spent managing bodies corporate . We are registered with the Estate Agent Board and therefore have fidelity fund certificates, and are also members of the Institute of Estate Agents and NAMA (National Association of Managing Agents). This will enable us to attend seminars so that we can keep ahead of any changes in the Sectional Title Act and best practices. Our focus is on ensuring that the Bodies Corporate operates efficiently and effectively through the provision of high standard and quality service, addressing and fulfilling your needs and offering an excellent knowledge of the Sectional Title Act. We have access to additional resources such as attorneys to supplement and enhance our clients service requirements. We are fully aware of the high quality of service expected of a Managing Agent and also deadlines that need to be adhered to.
